SCARE for a CURE is a 100% volunteer organization in Central Texas that creates interactive haunted adventures while mentoring youth to raise money for Breast Cancer Resource Center and other local charities.
Each year SCARE puts on a spooky production for the senses to benefit BCRC. Are you brave enough to experience what they have in store this year? Decades ago, Manor was home to a roadside museum whose history was fraught with reports of ghost sightings, unexplained disappearances, and other terrifying incidents. Now a new reality show, Who Wants To Be A Ghost Hunter? is enlisting a team of amateur ghost hunters to investigate the abandoned museum and the secrets within… What could go horribly wrong?
The Madness begins September 30th with our Preview night and continues every weekend in October. This interactive event is recommended for ages 13 and up, takes about an hour to go through, and will leave you covered in blood and gore. Please note that we are not offering Boneyard this year; Museum of Madness is our only event.
Preview Night: September 30th is Preview Night, also called Beta Test Night. As Beta Test implies, things may not be fully complete or ready, and we will be testing portions of the event. Expect delays and things to go wrong. We charge less for Preview Night because of this. We very much want your feedback, particularly on Preview Night.
SCARE for a CURE (Scare) is a 501c3 that raises money for local cancer-related charities and other charities through the creation of an extreme, interactive, haunted adventure. We mentor youth, encourage volunteerism, and come together to create a unique experience for our volunteers and guests.
