BCRC is part of my family. I can go to them when I am lost and need help. When I need a friend or encouragement. No matter what happens in this life with cancer, BCRC is there and I can count on them. They give me confidence that I will always have a place to go when I need them. - Valerie Schwarzwaelder, BCRC client

More Ways to Give
Donate by Mail

Our mailing address: 3006 Medical Arts St. Austin, TX 78705
Offline Donation Form: We use this form to ensure accurate appropriation of the donation, as well as accurate acknowledgement of the donor. To assist you in completing the form correctly, please review the following instructions:
- If your gift is the result of a fundraising campaign or event, please indicate the name of this campaign or event on the form.
- If you are sending in multiple cash and/or check donations, you only need to complete one form; however, we kindly ask you use list the individual donors and their gifts and indicate the total amount.
- If a donor's contact information (for acknowledgment purposes) is already on their gift's check, you do not need to write out their contact information on the form.
Making a Planned Gift (or Legacy Gift) to BCRC through your will is a simple way to ensure our programs remain available to the next wave of women who might otherwise face breast cancer alone.
If you wish to name BCRC in your will or estate plan, we should be named as: The Breast Cancer Resource Center, a nonprofit corporation (Tax Identification # 74-2743333) , organized and existing under the laws of the Texas, with principal business address of PO Box 300040 Austin, TX 78703
A bequest to BCRC is fully deductible for federal estate tax purposes, and there is no limit on the deduction your estate can claim. The gift is usually exempt from state inheritance taxes. Please consult with your financial planner and attorney to assure you receive the best financial advantages and that your intentions are carried out fully.
If you include BCRC in your estate plans, please let us know. We would love to express our gratitude and let you know how greatly your gift is appreciated. If however, you would rather remain anonymous, we will gladly respect your preference.
Workplace Giving and Matching Gifts
BCRC is grateful to be the charitable recipient of several workplace giving programs. Your employer may offer you the opportunity to make a pre-tax charitable contribution through payroll deduction or may have a matching gift program that could double the amount of your personal contribution.
Please note that each company has a different matching and/or payroll deduction disbursement schedule, and it may take up to 2-6 months for BCRC to receive and acknowledge your gift. Check with your human resources department to see what programs are available at your workplace, and use BCRC’s EIN (tax-exempt) number: 74-2743333.
Randalls Good Neighbor Program
You can help BCRC even more when you shop at Randalls and use your Remarkable Card!
Just link BCRC’s account number (3565) to your Remarkable Card and a percentage of your total purchases will be credited to BCRC as a donation. Your purchase totals are calculated on a quarterly basis. To learn more about Randall's Good Neighbor program, visit their program website.
Your dollars keep our services free and available to women facing breast cancer.
