The Pink Patch Project is an innovative public awareness campaign designed to bring attention to the fight against breast cancer and to support breast cancer organizations in combating this devastating disease. Austin ISD Police Department officers will be authorized to wear a special PINK version of the Department’s unique shoulder patch on duty from October 1st through October 31st each year. During that time, and only during that time while supplies last, our pink patch will be made available for “purchase” by donating to the Breast Cancer Resource Center of Texas. 100% of the sales from our pink patch will go to BCRC.
