Independent fundraisers play a HUGE role in our philanthropic efforts, contributing more than $150,000 to BCRC's annual budget! They're also instrumental in spreading awareness about BCRC, our services, and the important role we play in the community. Simply put, we could not do what we do without the support of our community fundraisers!
Choose how you want to fundraise!
The first step is to decide how you want to fundraise! Individuals and companies, alike, have been creative in the ways they raise funds to support local women facing breast cancer - from workout competitions to school events, shopping parties, bake sales, t-shirt sales, and even charity car shows.
Interested in hosting a virtual fundraiser? Create your own personal online fundraiser through Crowdrise or Facebook and leverage your social network to raise money and awareness for a cause close to your heart! Virtual fundraisers are an especially great option for anyone wanting to celebrate a cancer milestone, dedicate their birthday, or honor a loved one!
Register Your Fundraiser!
Once you've decided how you want to fundraise, the next step is to register your fundraiser by completing our online IFE Registration Form. Registering your fundraiser is a critical step toward ensuring your fundraiser's success. Once approved, we'll begin working with you to lend resources and support such as logo files, banners, materials for tabling, event promotion, and more!
If this is your first time organizing a fundraiser, no problem! BCRC's new Fundraiser's Guide is full of helpful information and features a FAQ section to guide you through your first-time fundraising efforts. Our Development team is also here to help you with any questions along the way.
